Beat the Heat is back again, bigger and better than ever before. This year we will have a bouldering competition with crazy, hard, and devious problems set by our own Jeremy Hardin. The will be plenty of clinics to attend if you are not interested in competing. We plan to have a clinic from Evolv. If you have a question regarding the equipment that you use to climb then you don't want to miss the Hardware Clinic. As always we will have free food and beer in the evening. The best part of all and the reason you should not miss this event is that Beat the Heat is free for our members and only $10 for non-members. Now you have no reason not to be there and enjoy the biggest boldest climbing event that Sportrock hosts. Beat the Heat 4 will be held on August 16th 2008. Doors open at 2:00pm and the competition begins at 3:00pm. Clinics are happening throughout the day and a full schedule of events will be posted in the forum soon. So why are you still reading this article you need to SIGN UP NOW!
