Annual, Six Month, and Month to Month memberships must also pay a one time initiation fee of $95.

- *Junior Member An individual under 18 years of age. Junior Team dues, with the exception of Rec Team, are in addition to monthly membership rates.
- **Family Membership: A family is defined as two immediate family members (parents, siblings, children) or a couple living together with more than a roommate relationship. Each additional family member over two will incur an additional $15.00 dues charge each month. Extended family members are not covered under the family memberships, including but not limited to: cousins, friends, roommates, etc.
- ***Student Membership *Paid in full and automatically expire at the end of the 4-month period. Student Memberships do NOT include discounts on retail purchases, free FF class, guest passes, or a freeze option.
- ****Additional Instruction of $40/mo. is additional to Advanced or Competitive Team dues.
