Fast Forward 3 - Dynamic Movement
The most athletic of the Fast Forward series is about learning how to climb with your feet, generate dynamic movement from the lower body, and how to do full on “dynos” – jumping from hold to hold!
Fast Forward 3 will take you from focusing on your core and balance while climbing with your feet and legs during no-hands climbing to athletically understanding and using your body when throwing and jumping for holds.
Minimum Age: 14
Prerequisites: Fast Forward 2 (Turning) or Instructor Approval. This class is 2 weeks long and will be held at the same time and day as the first class both weeks.
