Summer Camp - First Ascent Camp
Sportrock’s five day First Ascent Camp gives kids the opportunity to build on the skills learned in Approach Camp and experience climbing outdoors. We spend four days at the gym learning basic climbing technique, belaying and playing games, and then we head outdoors for a day of climbing at Great Falls National Park, VA. Prerequisites: Approach Camp or Sportrock Belay Certification or the ability to pass the Sportrock Belay Test at the end of the first day of camp
Price: $400 (deposit of $200 due at registration/final payment due the first day of camp)
Age: 8-12
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Indoors 9am-3pm, Outdoors (1 day) 7:45am-3:30pm
