Sportrock members can enroll in any of our weekly yoga classes for free! Take one of Sportrock's fitness or yoga classes to supplement your training. Whether you just started climbing or you consider yourself a veteran, you need to know that climbing can only take you so far. Through training, you can reach your full potential as an athlete.

Yoga classes are free with the purchase of a Day Pass or with a Membership. Most yoga classes are typically 60 minutes.

Personal Training
Are you looking for a personal coach to help you reach your fitness goals? At Sportrock, our Certified Personal Trainers can work with you in a variety of areas such as weightlifting, HIIT, Yoga, strength training and more. You can also split your personal training with a few work-out buddies if you prefer. Please note that this does mean less individualized training instruction as the training time does not increase per additional person. Personal training sessions are 60 minutes long and extra class time can be purchased.

HIIT with Jackson
Thursday: 6:00pm-6:45pm
HIIT with Jackson is a 45-minute full-body interval training class that will improve your strength, conditioning, balance, and overall fitness. Through quick split-circuit training, this class will work every muscle in your body in less than an hour! Each session will be new, so you’ll never come back and repeat the same workout. These classes are designed for people of all fitness levels to attend!
