All Sportrock facilities offer a cardio and fitness area with cardio and weight machines, free weights and campus boards. In addition, weekly fitness classes are offered free of charge to members and included in our day pass for guests.

Sportrock offers a variety of yoga classes from Vinyasa Flow to Hatha and Power Yoga. Classes are offered at different times throughout the week and are taught in our Yoga studio by certified, hand selected instructors.
This class is offered at BOTH our Sterling and Alexandria facilities. Minimum Age: 12M
Get fit, have fun – getting upside down gets the job done! This dynamic class is focused on building balance, strength, and mobility throughout your entire body. Handstands and climbing are a perfect complement to one another. You will be stretching the areas which get tight from climbing and strengthening the opposing muscle groups.
